Whatever brings you to therapy today, it is my firm belief that we all have the capacity to create meaningful change in pursuit of happiness. I offer an empathetic, non-judgemental, safe space where we can work together to explore what that could look like for you. I am an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist with a background in working with clients experiencing a wide range of issues. I am also a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). Choosing the right therapist is a very personal process, so I offer a free 15 minute consultation before working together.
Together we will navigate the complexities of your current situation, unravel the ways in which your previous lived experiences might be impacting your present relationships, thoughts and behaviours and choose the tools to create change for the future. We can work in person or online depending on your location.
