I am an integrative counsellor, which means that where therapy is concerned, it's not a "one size fits all". I use different modalities, including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, CBT, EFT, Sand Tray and creativity. Every person is unique and deserves to live their full existence. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves and build healthier lives.
With a background in trauma-informed care, working with adults, young people, and children, I blend evidence-based techniques with compassion and creativity to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we can work on healing old wounds, breaking unhelpful patterns, and building resilience and confidence for the future.
