I work with individuals who are experiencing a sense of being stuck in their life. They may be facing painful emotions, negative thought patterns, or behaviours that are causing difficulties in their lives. They may want to make sense of their difficulties by exploring them in the context of their whole life, thinking back to their early experiences, and how that has shaped the person they have become. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, spiritual and religious trauma and more.
I offer warmth, empathy and safety to allow the client to work through their difficulties. My approach as an integrative psychotherapist means I support the client to understand their difficulties within the context of their whole life. I see the relationship between client and therapist as central to the work.
