My ideal clients are children who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or struggling to express their emotions. This includes neurodivergent children and children with medical or additional needs who may be navigating uncertainty, change or emotional stress. Parents often seek support when their child's feelings are showing through behaviour, withdrawal, or worry. They want their child to feel safe, understood and more confident in themselves.
I offer child-centred play therapy, providing a safe and supportive space where children can explore feelings through play. I adapt sessions to suit each child's individual needs, including neurodivergent children or those with medical needs. My approach is gentle, flexible and relationship-focused.
Seeking support for your child can feel like a big step, especially when life already feels complex. You are not alone in this. I aim to offer a calm, accepting space for both children and parents, where each child is met with care, understanding and respect.
