As a psychodynamic counsellor, I help people explore the deeper roots of their difficulties, not just the symptoms. I have a particular interest in attachment, trauma, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. Together, we can make sense of longstanding patterns, build self-understanding and create space for meaningful change.
