I am a chartered psychologist (BPS & HCPC accredited) with an extensive experience in providing assessments and treatment to adult, children and families. My practice is informed by Counselling, CBT, Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Existential, attachment and Systemic Family approaches.
I am a fully qualified EMDR therapist. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy widely used for complex traumas.
With children and young persons my work is embedded in the principles of Play/Art therapy, psychodynamic, and attachment theory.
I offer a cultural and religion-sensitive approach when supporting ethnic minorities and individuals with racial trauma.
My medicolegal work as an Expert Court Witness compasses family and immigration cases.
I understand that initiating therapy can be hard, which is why I offer a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe space. My ultimate goal is to assist and support you in reaching the goals you set for yourself to take control back.
