It may be that you have been struggling with low mood, depression or anxiety and have taken the first step of seeking support. As a Systemic Psychotherapist, I work with Families, Couples and Individuals. I work in a way which is collaborative, recognising and drawing upon people’s strengths.
I have over 10 years experience working within a Local Authority setting and within CAMHS. My hope within the work is that I can support people to overcome issues which have caused them distress and to find new ways of coping so that change made is sustainable in the long term.
Seeking therapy can be anxiety provoking; talking about sensitive issues can be very difficult. People with whom I have worked, have said that they find me to be friendly, approachable and supportive, helping them to develop a different relationship with the issues they have come to therapy to think about.
