As an experienced and qualified counsellor, I will help you to make sense of what's happening in your life as I believe that this understanding will open up options for you to move forwards and past the uncomfortable feelings you are experiencing. You might be wanting to deal with past/current difficult and distressing experiences; improve personal or work relationships; overcome fears or anxieties; develop confidence or self-esteem; or find more purpose, motivation or fulfilment in your life.
My style of working is warm, straightforward and focused on what you are wanting to achieve. By offering you an accepting relationship, in which you can truly be yourself, I aim to help you gain a clearer understanding of what is happening in your life; to understand and accept your feelings; and to support and encourage you to achieve the change you want.
I offer sessions of 60 minutes duration, during daytime and evenings on weekdays. I'm based close to Bracknell Town Centre and there is free parking available outside. I hope you'll take that first step and get in touch.
