I will offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can talk about whatever is troubling you without fear of being judged in any way. During our sessions I will help you to gain clarity about your situation, achieve deeper personal awareness and provide you with the space to explore the changes necessary to live a more fulfilled life. I have experience of working with depression, stress and anxiety in its many different forms. Also relationship, identity issues and physical and/or emotional abuse. I offer both long and short term counselling.
Sometimes life can become difficult, overwhelming and stressful. I see my job as giving you the emotional support you need to talk about whatever is making you unhappy and to help you to find a healthier way forward. I will help you to identify negative patterns of behaviour and support you as begin to challenge them.
Don't suffer alone, please get in touch so you can share what is troubling you in a safe, confidential space. I can then support you as necessary and at your pace. Please note I offer students a reduced rate!
