I have been in practice for several years, with a background in psychology and have many years of experience of working within education in mental health roles. Alongside my practice as a psychotherapist, I also work with university students as a specialist mentor and have a passion for supporting people who identify as neurodivergent.
I work integratively and will adapt my approach depending on your needs. From both professional and personal experience, I know how powerful and transformative a good therapeutic relationship can be. We can use our first meeting to see what you want out of therapy and how we can work together.
