I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist practicing in-person in Hackney and Shoreditch, East London. I specialise in working with teenagers and young adults struggling with change. In addition to talk therapy, I often work with the creative arts, play, metaphor, and mindfulness as this can help us to access feelings that words alone fail to express. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and centres an awareness of intersectionality.
