I am a qualified Children, Young Person, Adults and Couples Therapist and also a Trainee Family Therapist. I can offer online or in-person sessions, depending on availability. I also have a Qualified Therapy Dog, who can partake in the sessions or not, depending on your preference.
My main approach is to create a space where you can come as you are. I’m not here to judge, I’m here to give you a safe space where you will be seen, heard, and empowered. I appreciate everyone’s journey to coming to counselling is different and my hope is that when you come into the room you feel accepted as you are.
I work with an integrative approach, which means I draw upon different types of therapies such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Person-Centred. It’s important to me that my approach is integrative so we can find one together that works best for you so you can feel empowered.
I'm here to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for when you're ready.
