About
If you are experiencing difficulties that are impacting on your life and have decided to take the step to access some help to make a change to your life, then I can help you. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing difficulties due to depression, anxiety, and trauma, drawing upon my skills as an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist Practitioner and compassion focused therapy. I work with you to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, difficulties, and strategies to improve how you feel. I offer a warm and confidential space where you can talk openly about your feelings without fear of criticism.
I specialise in working with those who've experienced trauma and complex trauma (PTSD) and other anxiety disorders (OCD, phobias and social anxiety). I specialise in working with children and young adults with eating disorders specifically ARFID. I work with those who identify as neurodivergent as well as adults who may need help with low self-esteem.
If you are looking for help here, you have already made the decision about wanting to make change and this is the first step. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to discuss how I can help.
