Welcome to the Dare to Care Club! A monthly get together for 4-6 individuals, where we will share, listen and have an inclusive space to feel heard and seen. This is a space where kindness will be celebrated, doing things such as self-esteem and affirmation workshops, CBT tools, creative tasks and anything that we feel would aid you on the next step of your self-development journey. You pay £25 per month, we will provide therapy, a safe space and snacks and any resources you may need. Get in touch to register your interest!
