I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of NHS experience in mental and physical health settings. Using a person-centred approach, I provide tailored therapy for individuals and couples to address a range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. With a breadth of clinical knowledge and experience, I’m committed to supporting people in navigating life’s complexities with compassion and understanding utilising evidence-based interventions.
I can provide therapeutic support for a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, PTSD, relational difficulties and workplace stress/burnout. As an EMDR therapist, I specialise in helping individuals process past experiences, enabling them to move forward in their lives.
I approach therapy with warmth, compassion and genuine curiosity. I understand that therapy can be challenging, so I aim to foster a supportive and trusting environment where you can feel safe, free from judgment or blame and open to exploration.
