Hi, I’m Abbey, a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor offering online and telephone sessions across the UK. As someone who’s battled mental health struggles previously, I understand how it feels when life feels too overwhelming. If you’re feeling anxious, low, or just a bit lost, I provide a safe, down-to-earth space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard. Reaching out can be daunting, but it’s a brave first step. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on at your pace, helping you build understanding, confidence, and emotional balance. You don’t have to figure it all out alone — I’m here to support you.
I offer a warm, person-centred space to help you make sense of life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re feeling anxious, lost, or burnt out, we’ll work together at your pace to rebuild confidence and clarity. I bring empathy, understanding, and sometimes a dash of humour to every session.
