I am a therapist providing a comfortable, understanding and non-judgmental approach to supporting men face-to-face and online. I am keenly interested in working with males who are unsure about counselling but feel it will help. I specifically work with men, and I understand you may be apprehensive about starting therapy. I am here for you. I work with a variety of mental health challenges, specifically men with father complex, relationship issues, narcissistic or domestic abuse, historic bullying and insomnia. I understand men are victims of all types of abuse and the emotional impacts this may have on you.
Together, we will work through your current situation and what’s brought you to reach out. We will work through your past, reflecting on the significant events and how they have impacted you. When you feel ready, you can begin to build a future that you really want, one that motivates you and excites you. A future where you can be authentically you.
You deserve the time to focus on yourself and live a happy life. This is achievable when your voice is heard by someone who genuinely listens and understands your world.
