We understand that everyday life is stressful and have worked to make our services as flexible as possible, and adapted to your needs. Our aim is to provide quality assessment, support and psychology services for individuals and their families, to improve mental and emotional well-being. We're a collection of chartered and HCPC registered Psychologists experienced in working with adult and adolescent clients. Our clinicians can support you with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, phobias, and OCD.
We specialise in working with complex/longer-term psychological difficulties such as trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, and relationship issues. We also provide specialist ADHD assessments and offer post-diagnostic support for neurodiverse groups. We can adapt interventions to meet your individual needs if you have ADHD, Autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions.
We welcome enquires from everyone and offer a 15-minute free video or phone consultation for anyone with further queries. This can be booked on our website. We understand how difficult, and expensive therapy can be and hope to offer low-income options, to encourage more accessible therapy. Our diagnostic assessments are priced competitively.
