Hi, I'm Alvan. I can help you if are you struggling with a difficult life event, work or relationship challenges? Perhaps anxiety, or emotions that feel hard to manage on your own. By facing, discussing and exploring these challenges together, we can establish what you have been through and how it affects you today. This will help to navigate the right therapeutic approach to fit your individual needs. This includes supporting professionals experiencing challenges within their personal lives, workplace relationships or career. Working through difficult family relationships with partners, children, siblings or parents.
I offer counselling and hypnotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, loss, relationship difficulties and other emotional challenges. Working together, we can develop greater self-awareness, healthier ways of coping, and the confidence, clarity and wellbeing needed to create positive change.
