I have worked in the care sector since I left school and have a passion for seeing people create change and achieve their full potential. I have specialised experience relating to addiction, and many other mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. I am naturally a warm, friendly and caring person with a 'warm heart'.
I believe that the most important part of therapy is building trust between the client and counsellor. I offer my clients a warm, non-judgemental, empathic attitude and view each client as a unique individual with the potential to change and grow.
