My name is Samantha Hurrell, I am a Counsellor and Supervisor. I offer two Therapeutic counselling rooms in a calm non- judgmental space for you to bring your life experiences and feelings. We all experience difficulties in life sitting with us from the past or present and over time can impact on us in our daily life such as increased levels of Anxiety, stress and avoidance. Counselling can be a way for you to explore these issues and for us together find a way to help you through this and gain self- awareness to discover the changes you want to make in life. In the process to find out more about yourself through your journey.
I work with Adults, Adolescents and children and I do this is a variety of ways as we all have different needs and ways that work you for you individually for example: Talking therapy, Sand tray therapy, Inner child, Art therapy and Play therapy.
The sessions I provide are for: Counselling for Adults, Relationship counselling, Dissociation Attachment, Trauma ,Family Therapy and Autism Spectrum Conditions I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) and work to a code of ethics. I have professional indemnity insurance cover
