Jennifer Fraser Ph.D.
Author of The Bullied Brain and The Gaslit Brain, Jennifer Fraser, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert in abuse cultures and ways to transform them into healthy, happy, high-performing ones. Her Ph.D. is from the University of Toronto where she was trained to take discourses out of their silos, put them into the arena, and see if the conversation changed. When you put abuse cultures, psychology, and brain science into the arena, it's remarkable how the conversation changes.
In short, all forms of bullying can do physical damage to brain structure and function. The neurological scars are visible on brain scans. It's time to exit the bullying paradigm of fear, humiliation, and favouritism and enter into a new "neuroparadigm."
An award-winning educator and author of four books on the way in which we can resist cultural and social scripting to innovate new structures, her fifth book will be published on November 4, 2025. The Gaslit Brain: Protect Your Brain from the Lies of Bullying, Gaslighting, and Institutional Complicity.
The Bullied Brain and The Gaslit Brain are the fundamental texts for Dr. Fraser's courses and consulting on "Clearsighted Leadership - Leading with the Brain in Mind." She is dedicated to transforming bullying into kindness, divisiveness into empathic listening, manipulation into truth-telling, and authoritarianism into democracy.
