Dawn Reid, Ph.D., is the CEO and founder of Reid Ready Life Coaching, LLC. She is a credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Trainer. Dr. Reid is the coach for coaches who identify as women entrepreneurs across generations, sexual orientations, and ethnicities who want to tap into their power and move forward in their coaching profession. She is the creator of the SMART-R goals model and the MIND coaching approach. She has over 10 years of combined experience in goal-setting, mindfulness coaching, peer coaching, and marriage and family coaching practices. Dr. Reid also conducts research on evidence-based coaching methods and mindfulness approaches. She is known as the coaches' coach for helping her other coaches achieve success in personal well-being and in business.
