Assael Romanelli, Ph.D., LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey, certified couple and family therapist and supervisor, and the creator of Ninja Therapy—a bold, experiential, and research-driven clinical approach he teaches internationally.

Over the past 15+ years, Dr. Romanelli has worked with hundreds of couples around the world, helping them deepen connection, rebuild trust, and create lasting relational change. He also supervises therapists and consults with professionals looking to expand their relational skill set.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Romanelli is the author of the Hebrew book Feel Free Together and has published over 80 articles in his Psychology Today blog, The Other Side of Relationships. His videos and content on intimacy and communication have reached over two million people worldwide.

Dr. Romanelli now offers individual, couple, and family therapy online and in-person in Cherry Hill, NJ.
