Annette Templeton, Ph.D., has helped individuals and organizations optimize performance through a transformative, strengths-based approach for more than 20 years. She is an expert in developing effective cross-cultural business teams and implementing large-scale transformation programs across various industries. As a Partner at The Trium Group, Annette helps leaders refine and execute with clear purpose so that they may reach significant growth goals. Prior to joining Trium, Annette held leadership positions in two human capital management consulting firms. Her longest tenure was at Gallup Inc. where she provided vision and insight to drive client impact strategy across 20 countries. Annette holds a Ph.D. from the International School of Management in Paris, a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.A. in Applied Social Research.
