I would love to see an internet support group where everyone could check in on a regular basis. I have struggled with eating my entire life and have finally found some explanations which make sense and ring true. Even though I am surrounded by mindless eaters who have no desire to change, I feel myself getting stronger each time I return to the book. Would anyone else like to share the journey?
