I liked your article as it is saturated with data and facts, and for me, as a business student, it is important to analyze consumer behaviour. Certainly, potential clients look for a safe and honest company, so that the risks will be low. However, I, as a consumer, would like to be sure about whether the employee is doing my accounting job (or whatever lister above) well or not, as I am not much interested in his moral beliefs if his job would be done bad, so, empathy does not play the most important role in this case.
