Experts suggest ways to correct habits that keep us from resting well

The problem is with insurance companies wanting to not pay so that they can keep as much money as possible. I used to work in the medical billing dept before becoming so ill that I was falling asleep at my desk from exhaustion and was fired for it.
I regularly spoke with insurance reps who told me they were instructed to stall and delay to get the patient so frustrated they would give up and just pay it. For those of us chronically ill that would not be too long as we don't have the strength or energy to fight very long for what is right.
My life has been enriched in unexpected ways due to chronic pain and illness.
