My observation as to why people cannot meet their goals or
keep their New Years Resolutions is because they make unrealistic goals. Maybe you would like to see the Great Wall of
China next year but can't afford it. Maybe you would like to
lose 10lbs by the end of the month but that turns out not to
be realistic because you enjoy good food. Maybe you
resolve to win he Lotto....we all know the chances of that.
Set small goals and once those are achieved, try something a little more difficult.
