Stigma is generated by negative, destructive, dangerous, alarming behaviors.
It doesn't matter what name or label a collection of negative behaviors is given, sooner or later that collection of negative behaviors will generate stigma.
Positive, beneficial behaviors do not generate stigma. That's just the way reality works.
You can change the diagnostic term "pedophilia" to "MI247", and eventually people will refer to "247s" in a derogatory way because raping children is a heinous behavior.
