| English My ideal clients are a couple where one or both has ADHD and / or Autism, perhaps only recently diagnosed. They want to make their relationship work but they are really STUCK in repetitive patterns of behaviour. They have the same fight, the same promises and then the exact same fight over and over again. They've usually tried therapy at least a few times previously and it 'hasn't worked'.
When we take into account the neuro-diversity and help everyone understand the different dynamics at play then understanding and change (that really lasts) can happen quite easily.
I really enjoy working with couples where one or both partners have ADHD or Autism (diagnosed or suspected). I use science backed, practical tools to help couples make lasting changes quickly and easily (If you can't talk about your emotions or if you have trouble knowing how you feel, no problem, there are plenty of ways to still do great work together!)
