Paula Croxson Ph.D.

Paula Croxson, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professsor of Neuroscience and Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. She studies the higher functions of the brain including how memories are stored and how decisions are made. She is currently researching the neurochemicals and networks of brain regions that are important for memory and higher function, especially the complex, autobiographical memories that are lost in dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
