Nancy Colier is a psychotherapist, interfaith minister, author, public speaker, and workshop leader. A longtime student of Eastern spirituality, awareness, meditation and mindfulness practices form the ground of her work. She is a regular blogger for Psychology Today and the Huffington Post.
