Liraz Margalit, Ph.D., is the Customer Experience Psychologist at ClickTale. She analyzes online consumer behavior from a psychological perspective. Her analyses incorporate theory and academic research into a conceptual framework that creates insights into online consumer behavior. She previously held a post-doctoral internship with the Program of Political Psychology and Decision Making at the Lauder School of Government - IDC (Herzlia). In addition, she worked as a research Fellow with an interdisciplinary military think tank, consulting the most senior levels at IDF GHQ with regard to planning, strategy, concept development, etc. Dr. Margalit is a lecturer at the IDC and holds a Doctorate in psychology from the University of Haifa.
