Jonathan Fader, Ph.D.

Jonathan Fader, Ph.D.  is a licensed performance psychologist and is the Director of Mental Conditioning for the New York Football Giants and also served as the team psychologist for the New York Mets for nine seasons. Dr. Fader is the founder of SportStrata a consulting group that works with individuals and organizations to improve performance, motivation and enjoyment. Fader is part of The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Mental Performance Initiative. He is the author of the book Life As Sport which brings the techniques of sport and performance psychology to all areas of life. Profiled by the New York Times,  In addtion to being a sport psychologist Fader is also a clinical psychologist and co-founder of Union Square Practice in Manhattan. Fader is a frequent contributor to the national conversation on performance, regularly appearing on programs such as CBS this Morning, CNN, Fox News, Bleacher Report and others. Represented by Lavin Agency, he regularly speaks to groups on improving performance.
