Jonathan Fader, Ph.D. is a licensed performance psychologist and founder of SportStrata a consulting group that works with individuals and organizations to improve performance, motivation and enjoyment. He is also a certified consultant of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Fader is the team psychologist for the New York Mets and is part of The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Mental Performance Initiative. He is the author of the book Life As Sport which brings the techniques of sport and performance psychology to all areas of life. Profiled by the New York Times, Fader is a frequent contributor to the national conversation on performance, regularly appearing on programs such as CBS this Morning, CNN, Fox News, Bleacher Report and others.
