Dean Olsher is a licensed creative arts therapist and board-certified music therapist. His clinical practice includes guided imagery and music, person-centered dementia care, improvisation, therapeutic music composition, and neurologic music therapy. A longtime radio journalist, he was the arts and culture correspondent for NPR News in Washington, DC, as well as the creator and host of the public radio program The Next Big Thing.
