A Unified Theory of Happiness

Happiness is "full engagement in life", an energetic flow that connects us with the world, going beyond good and pleasurable feelings. The book is a practical guide for learning how to engage in the concrete world and realize our already existing engagement in the absolute world. Working with both ends of the human experience, with striving and being, trains the brain to love life fully.
