Amy Fries is an award-winning writer and editor whose articles and essays on lifestyle and workplace issues, psychology, and travel have been published in a variety of magazines, newspapers, trade publications, and literary journals. She is the author of Daydreams at Work: Wake Up Your Creative Powers, a book about the valuable role daydreams play in our lives and how to tap into them for ideas, energy, and solutions. Amy began her research into daydreaming and creativity while getting her masters in writing at Johns Hopkins University.
