In our sessions I will create space for exploring what truly matters to you and what deeply concerns you, away from the noise of judging voices — a confidential space of empathy and realness. This way you can get in touch with sides of yourself that might have been overlooked or not allowed to be expressed. Freely being yourself can give a sense of lightness that makes decisions easier to take.
