Sharon H. Blott's Groups

Social Communication for Children and Teens

This group offers treatment for those children and teens who have a diagnosis of high functioning autism. While functioning relatively well in some areas, this population typically struggles with friendship skill, including making and keeping friends. They may be socially isolated, and their parents may be unsure what to do to help them in the social domain. This group will address important social communication skills that these children and teens can use in daily life, and will also provide parents with important tools that they can use to enhance their child's or teens skills.
