I work with clients who are suffering from stress or anxiety, or struggling with low mood or feeling unhappy . I have helped people get rid of problem behaviours and the thought patterns preventing them from making the most of their lives and relationships. I also help people with culture shock, and adapting to life in a new country.

After many years in primary care for the National Health Service in the UK, I am used to providing tools and techniques to help people with their psychological problems in a short space of time and in an accessible way. My style is straightforward and jargon free, and I particularly enjoy working with people who have never been to a therapist before.

You don't need to know what is wrong with you or the situation you are in. You don't need to have a formal diagnosis. Together we can just work out what we can do to improve things so that you feel better. I look forward to hearing from you.
