Some times, all it takes is a change in perspective, an idea, or a small encounter that can transform your life. I have struggled with depression and anxiety and have found a way to live differently. I have decided to change my life and moved to a different country. I have suffered heartbreak and kept the courage to continue to love. I have changed jobs countless times. In these short years of life, I can say I have found people, ideas, theories, and practices that have helped me become a stronger human being. I want share what I have learned and help you also to create your life as you intend to live it.
I have spent all my life in the pursuit of understanding happiness. I became a licensed psychologist and specialised in cognitive neuroscience and cognitive-behavioural therapies. I also like to combine science and spirituality.
