I work with individuals and couples facing challenges in intimacy, relationships, desire and sexual well-being—including situations where sex feels difficult, painful, or disconnected. Many clients worry something is wrong with them or their desire - they might have tried getting help many times before, and not seldom there is real pressure from partner to solve this, now, or else.. Therapy with me is about understanding what's really going on, naming things correctly, and then working on removing whatever is blocking you from enjoying connection and sex. As well as rediscovering your erotic self, pleasure, and desire on the way.
I have over 20 years of experience as a psychologist, the last 15 with sexological and relationship issues. I’ve helped thousands of clients and couples over the years, and I have a real passion for figuring out what is getting in way, and how to help each client forwards.
I am trained in clinical sexology, meaning I will be able to evaluate and assess what might be causing your problems, ie if there might be a medical issue that needs to be further examined, or perhaps a psychological problem that first needs attention.
