I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families. I am a native English Speaker from Melbourne, Australia but speak fluent Swedish as well. My education and work experience provide me with a broad range of techniques across several therapeutic approaches. The combination of curiosity, humor, and a process-oriented style enables us to explore paths to well-being together in a safe and professional manner.

My approach is psychodynamic, incorporating systemic, relational, and cognitive elements. I have worked clinically for 20 years both in Sweden and in Australia. Some of the methods I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Child-oriented family therapy and Dynamic Interpersonal Short Term-Therapy (DIT).

All sessions are adapted to your needs (for example, child therapy may involve play, drawing, and other forms of expression to work with emotions, thoughts, and relationship). Our work is firmly rooted in evidence-based practice, with a particular focus on the therapeutic relationship as the primary tool.
