| Svenska My ideal clients are people who come from all over the world, Ages 18 to 80, who are seeking therapy that honours their unique life story. Some are Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who are drawn to the creative, expressive aspects of my approach. They come to my practice because the wish to feel safe, warm ,heard and accepted without judgment. I work with a wide range of issues - relationships, trauma, identity, addiction and life transitions - bringing 25 years of expertise as a psychotherapist.My relaxed therapeutic style makes my clients feel at ease, allowing for deeper exploration.
I help clients using a person centred, integrative approach that tailors evidence based methods to your unique needs. I often work with those drawn to the expressive, creative therapy. When appropriate I may include creative visualisations, poetry analysis, art therapy and exploration of the written word in the therapeutic process.
