| Danish I'm a British Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Body Therapist, and Somatic Coach specialising in supporting you to resolve the symptoms, patterns and conditions arising from trauma or stored stress so you can live with greater ease, presence, vitality and connection. Conditions such as burnout, anxiety or depression; chronic pain, and conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines etc. often require a body-centered approach to heal at the roots. My approach is based in polyvagal theory and is Internal Family Systems informed and listens deeply to the body's language & ‘parts’ in the system to resolve past experiences.
Somatic Experiencing is a body-centred therapeutic model for healing trauma and stress disorders. We use practical somatic tools and awareness to release stuck patterns and restore energy. I combine this with optional touch therapy, trauma-informed coaching and SSP (Safe & Sound Protocol).
