I mostly work with Internal Family Systems, an effective and evidence-based model to get to the roots of problems: IFS does not "manage" symptoms, but enables fundamental shifts and leads to lasting healing and change. I also offer Ketamine-assisted IFS (preparation and integration are possible online, while the 4-hour long Ketamine session is in Zürich CH).
