I am a native English speaker that specializes in working with individuals, couples and families experiencing relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, or strain due to major life changes, traumatic events or illness. My clients often need help understanding unhelpful patterns, dealing with difficult relationship situations, improving relationship communication or repairing after conflict. My goal is to ensure that all therapy participants feel heard and develop tools to build safer, more connected relationships that can better withstand their specific challenges.
