Most people don't come to therapy with me because they don't know what they should do—they come because, despite their best efforts, they can't cut back on drinking, calm an anxious mind, stop obsessive thoughts, or change recurring relationship patterns. My work focuses on understanding why some behaviours and thoughts persist and helping you change them using practical, research-backed approaches. Alongside my private practice, I work at a Swiss inpatient rehabilitation clinic treating addictions and mental health conditions (OCD, panic attacks, ADHD).

My approach is structured, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, primarily CBT (including ERP and CBT-I). We identify what’s driving your patterns and use science-backed tools to help you respond differently. You’ll leave sessions with strategies you can apply immediately, with many clients noticing meaningful shifts within 4–6 sessions.

I offer sessions in English and Russian languages. Individual sessions: 190 USD. Couples sessions: 310 USD.
