Relationships and sexuality are deeply personal — and sometimes, deeply complicated. Whether you're navigating tension as a couple, exploring questions around desire, or dealing with intimacy that no longer feels easy, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Sara, a couples and sex therapist based in Uster, close to Zurich. I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles — including LGBTQ+ clients and non-monogamous partnerships.

My practice draws on two complementary approaches: Sexocorporel, a body-centred method for working with sexuality, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Sessions are available in person in Uster and online.

Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

Payment Methods

Bank transfer, Cash

Individual session for 60min, Couples Session for 75min. I do not work with health insurance. Sessions are paid privately. I accept bank transfer and cash. A sliding scale rate is available for people with limited financial means — please mention this when you get in touch.
